Company policies were put in place prior to January concerning the different Stages and approach to working in-office, but they were not followed. Pandemic approach: when Austin was in Stage 5 in January, leadership (including the CEO) continued going into the office with no masks or care taken towards the pandemic, which applied a passive aggressive pressure for their teams to come in. Additionally, many positive reviews were written before more recent turnover and changes in leadership. It was rumored internally that positive reviews on Glassdoor were heavily incentivized. Current events: The Zello product has been used in some polarizing ways, I'd encourage you to Google "Zello" + "capitol insurrection" and "Zello" + "trucker convoy" to begin with to understand how the product has been used in the past and if/how the company responded.
